The agreement, signed by FH, DA, and the government, applies retroactively from 9 March and runs until 9 June.

The agreement applies to employees of all private companies who are exceptionally hard financially affected by COVID-19 and therefore face having to notify redundancies for a minimum of 30 per cent. of the staff or more than 50 employees.
